The A.C.E. is always available to respond to anomaly reports.
Various types of teams are sent out depending on the kind of report; for example, there is a separate investigative team which is in charge of looking into reports where the person reporting an anomaly is unsure of whether or not what they have encountered is truly an anomaly.
To get in contact with the A.C.E., there are different methods depending on the type of report:
- For incidents requiring the containment and extraction of an anomaly, call 999 and request the assistance of the A.C.E.
- For incidents requiring the investigative team, email a member of the A.C.E. with a detailed description of the situation.
- For all other matters, call (555) 0394.
